Nashmi Carpets, a prominent carpet factory in Jordan, sought to revolutionize their online presence and sales operations. Their existing e-commerce website lacked essential features, such as stock reports, sales analysis, and user insights. Our mission was to create a powerful e-commerce system that would enhance their online sales and streamline their local sales and offline orders.
Objectives
The primary objectives of the project were to:
- Develop a comprehensive e-commerce system with advanced features
- Create a Point of Sale (POS) system for local sales and offline orders
- Implement variations for carpet types, sizes, and colors
- Integrate a calculator feature to facilitate user ordering and pricing
- Offer multiple shipping methods and installation services

Shipping Responsibility & Shipping Method
The system allows for in-house shipping or seller-wise shipping, with three shipping method options:

Billing Address in Checkout
The billing address can be turned on/off in the checkout process, with the option to require a billing address for physical COD products.
Minimum Stock Limit Warning
The system notifies the admin when the minimum stock limit is reached, ensuring timely restocking.

- ReCaptcha

- Push notifications
Pages & Media
The system includes pages for terms and conditions, privacy policy, about us, and FAQs, as well as social media integration and a gallery for media management.

The promotions section in the admin panel enables easy business promotion through campaigns, banners, coupons, and push notifications.
Employee Management
The system includes an employee management section for adding employees and assigning roles to manage the business smoothly.
